NeonConnect ships orders nationwide in South Africa.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times

Because we use international suppliers:

• South Africa deliveries: 7–10 business days (After processing)
• Shipping times depend on the supplier and destination.

Prescription orders
Frames are typically delivered within 10 days. Prescription lenses are custom ground to your exact prescription by our optometry partner, Vision Technology. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Phantom Purple and up to 3 weeks for Solar Crimson before your order ships.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped. If tracking is not immediately active, please allow 2–4 days for it to update.

Items Missing or Delayed

If your package takes longer than the estimated time, please contact neonconnect.za@gmail.com and we will follow up with the supplier.
