Refund Policy
At NeonConnect, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days by emailing support@neonconnect.co.za.
Note:
Because we operate through suppliers, shipping times may vary and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need an exchange, contact neonconnect.za@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items that do not qualify due to hygiene or wear (e.g., cables with signs of use)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank or payment gateway
- If still unresolved, email neonconnect.za@gmail.com
