1. What are your delivery times?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the supplier’s processing time.
You will receive tracking updates via email as soon as your order is shipped.


2. How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over R450.
For orders below R450, a small delivery fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.


3. Do you accept refunds or returns?

Yes — if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Simply contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will assist you.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.


4. How do I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, we’ll email your tracking number.
You can also track your package via our Order Tracking page under the Support menu.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the item is processed by our supplier, we can no longer modify it.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

All payments are secure and encrypted.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within South Africa.


8. What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, send us an email with your order number + photos of the issue.
We will send you a replacement or issue a refund.


9. Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes — all products come with a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects.


10. How do I contact customer support?

We respond within 24-48 hours.
